? About the RoleBlackpool LLC is a growing U.S.-based parent company with businesses including Aroza Event Center and Venue Transform.

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive who can take ownership of our organic search growth.

This is not a role focused only on increasing website traffic. You will be responsible for improving Google rankings, organic visibility, qualified lead generation, local SEO, website performance, and conversions.

? What You'll Be Responsible ForThe SEO Executive will manage and execute SEO activities across our businesses, including:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on qualified lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent commercial, local, and long-tail keywords.
- Perform competitor and SERP analysis to identify ranking and growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and Local SEO.
- Optimize service pages, landing pages, location pages, blogs, and FAQs.
- Manage on-page SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, images, and schema.
- Perform technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, sitemaps, redirects, duplicate content, website structure, and Core Web Vitals.
- Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Develop SEO content plans based on search intent, competition, and business opportunities.
- Monitor backlinks, citations, and off-page SEO opportunities.
- Identify ranking, traffic, indexing, and conversion problems and recommend solutions.
- Maintain SEO trackers, reports,



dashboards, and performance records.
- Prepare regular SEO reports covering performance, completed work, issues, opportunities, and next priorities.

⭐ Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in SEO and digital marketing
- Strong in keyword research, on-page, technical, local, off-page, and content SEO
- Able to understand SEO as a lead-generation and customer-acquisition channel
- Strong in analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Comfortable with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, CMS platforms, and SEO tools
- Robust in written and verbal English communication
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and take ownership of results

? Strong Plus

- Experience with U.S.-focused or local SEO
- Experience working with a U.S.-based company or international team
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, CMS, and website structure
- Experience with lead generation, hospitality, events, venues, or similar businesses

You should be comfortable working with SEO data, websites, content, analytics, competitors, and management — and turning that information into measurable action.

Most importantly, we need someone who can eventually own the day-to-day SEO function and help drive sustainable organic lead growth.
