Role Description This is a part time hybrid role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist based in Kolkata, with flexibility for some work from home. The specialist will conduct keyword research, perform on-page optimization, and carry out regular SEO audits to identify opportunities for improved search performance.

Responsibilities include developing and executing link-building strategies, monitoring website performance using analytics tools, and preparing clear, actionable SEO reports. The role also involves collaborating with content, design,



and marketing teams to align SEO best practices with campaign objectives and ensure consistent organic growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO, including metadata optimization, content structuring, and technical best practices.
- Experience performing comprehensive SEO Audits to diagnose issues and recommend practical improvements.
- Proficiency in Link Building strategies focused on ethical, high-quality backlink acquisition.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar) to track performance and derive insights.
- Familiarity with major search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and current SEO trends.
- Comfort working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS for implementing SEO recommendations.
