Role Description: The SEO Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance overall online visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive SEO audits, performing keyword research, overseeing on-page and off-page optimization, and managing link-building initiatives.

The SEO Manager will monitor and analyze web analytics data, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets. The role also involves staying updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to continuously refine SEO approaches.

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in SEO Audits and Keyword Research to identify opportunities and optimize site structure and content.




- Proficiency in Link Building and off-page optimization techniques to improve domain authority and search visibility.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance, measure ROI, and inform strategy.
- Solid understanding of Marketing principles, including digital marketing channels, to align SEO with broader campaign goals.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and content management systems.
- Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders clearly.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, technical SEO fundamentals, and current SEO best practices.
