Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA dashboards and reporting, and exposure to AI concepts. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive sprint execution, track delivery metrics through JIRA, and support teams in adopting AI-driven productivity and automation practices.

Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Manage and maintain JIRA dashboards, boards, workflows, and sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, etc.). Track project progress and provide Agile insights through dashboards and reports.

Coach cross-functional teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint delivery.



Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure timely delivery.

Leverage AI concepts/tools (including Agentic AI or Generative AI) to improve Agile planning, reporting, and team productivity.

Required Skills: Robust hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Expertise in JIRA dashboards, filters, automation, and Confluence. Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile metrics. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Experience with AI/Generative AI concepts is added value.
