We at Verdantas, seeking for a Scrum Master to lead Agile practices and support technology and digital transformation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos
- Coach teams on practical Scrum behaviors, Agile delivery practices, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders to improve delivery flow
- Support backlog readiness by helping teams clarify priorities, acceptance criteria, dependencies, estimates, and sprint goals
- Identify, track, remove, or escalate blockers that impact team progress or delivery commitments
- Promote consistent use of Agile boards, sprint metrics, impediment logs, risks, decisions, and delivery dashboards
- Help teams improve sprint discipline, board hygiene, role clarity, and delivery transparency
- Facilitate retrospectives and help teams turn improvement ideas into practical actions
- Support Agile adoption across technology initiatives, including enterprise platforms, digital products, automation, AI, and transformation work

Education and Experience:





- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT or degree in a relevant field.
- 5- 10 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Project Management, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow SPM, Planner, or similar platforms
- Robust understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, backlog management, sprint execution, and continuous improvement
- Experience working with cross-functional technology teams, including product, business, development, QA, and delivery stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple Scrum boards, backlogs/ development teams
- Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or SAFe
- Strong facilitation, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

- Experience in a global delivery model (India–US collaboration)
- Experience with PPM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Planner)
- Certified Scrum Master
