Role: Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to manage Agile delivery across cross-functional technology teams. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing risks and dependencies, coaching teams, and ensuring predictable and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Drive sprint execution, release planning, and delivery tracking.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
- Manage Jira/Confluence, sprint boards, backlogs, and delivery metrics.
- Track velocity, capacity, throughput, predictability, and burndown.
- Prepare delivery status reports and executive-level updates.




- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
- Support roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, and Agile maturity initiatives.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Kanban.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in Sprint/Release Management, Risk & Dependency Management, and Agile Metrics.
- Robust facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams.

Preferred

- CSM / PSM / SAFe certification.
- Experience with Cloud, Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Infrastructure, Analytics, or Network Services.
- Healthcare/Life Sciences experience is an advantage.
