Role Description The Scheduler will manage and coordinate mystery shopping assignments, ensuring that visits are accurately scheduled and completed within defined timelines. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves maintaining detailed calendars, communicating with shoppers and clients, and updating internal systems with assignment status and outcomes. The Scheduler will verify availability, assign visits according to project requirements,



and adjust schedules to accommodate changes or urgent requests.

The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with project managers to support smooth delivery of mystery shopping programs.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple schedules and deadlines.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and scheduling software; comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with shoppers and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records, calendars, and project documentation.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai and collaborate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Prior experience in scheduling, administration, hospitality, or operations support is an advantage.
- Basic analytical skills to review data, identify issues, and support process improvements.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
