We are onboarding a specialized engineering delivery team for a premium, high-density AI data curation project focused on advanced autonomous AI agents, multi-step orchestration, prompt engineering and system trajectory evaluation.
We are seeking Experienced AI Data Trainers / Reviewers who have a proven track record of successfully passing advanced coding and agent-based assessments on platforms like Outlier.ai or Scale AI. In this consulting role, you will act as a Technical Coach and Subject Matter Expert (SME). Your primary focus will be mentoring our software engineering team, helping them master complex evaluation rubrics, understand agent reasoning trajectories, and successfully navigate the project's technical onboarding pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Must Have working experience - Outlier Platform who will be able to guide and transparent the course evaluation and good in data annotationAssessment & Onboarding Coaching Guide traditional backend developers through the specialized mindset required for AI agent training and evaluation.
Trajectory & Log Review Analysis Teach engineers how to critically analyze multi-turn agent logs and execution paths to identify where system deviated from the "Golden Path" of perfect reliability.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum - 1+ year of working experience in the Scale AI - Outlier platform
Proven Platform Track Record Direct, active, or recent experience as an Advanced Coder, Specialist, or Reviewer for Scale AI / Outlier.ai.
Agent Project Familiarity Practical experience working on multi-step AI agent projects (e.g., training models to use live tools like Supabase, APIs, or managing state via persistent tracking mechanisms like MEMORY.md).
Technical Stack Strong command on major programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java) and experience with SQL databases.
Mentorship & Communication Ability to break down highly specific, rapidly changing evaluation guidelines into actionable, clear coaching and creating training materials for software engineers.
