Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
- Strong experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management
- Strong understanding of PTP/P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing and invoice lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of VIM configuration and workflows
- Experience with PO and Non-PO invoice processing
- Experience with invoice exceptions, approvals, and workflow management
- Good understanding of SAP FI/AP (Accounts Payable) processes
- Experience with VIM troubleshooting and production support
- Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams

Valuable-to-Have Skills
- SAP S/4HANA experience
- OpenText Business Capture Center / Invoice Capture exposure
- SAP MM and FI integration knowledge
- OCR / invoice digitization experience
- VIM upgrade or migration experience
