We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Lead to join our team and lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP TM solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP TM solutions.
- Lead solution design, fit-gap analysis, business workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Design and configure Transportation Planning, Freight Management, and Transportation Execution processes.
- Work extensively with Freight Units, Freight Orders, Freight Booking, Carrier Selection, Tendering, Charge Management, and Freight Settlement.
- Configure and support Transportation Cockpit, Transportation Network, and TM Master Data.
- Drive integration between SAP TM and SAP S/4HANA, EWM, SD, MM, FI/CO, GTS, and external carrier/3PL systems.
- Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for interfaces, enhancements, integrations, and custom developments.
- Provide functional leadership, mentor team members, and ensure delivery quality.
- Manage client communication,



project deliverables, risks, timelines, and dependencies.

? Required Skills
- 8–10 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 6+ years of hands-on SAP TM experience.
- Strong experience in SAP TM / SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM.
- Solid understanding of Transportation Planning & Optimization, Freight Management, and Transportation Execution.
- Hands-on experience with Freight Order / Freight Unit Management, Carrier Selection, Tendering, Charge Management, and Freight Settlement.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics business processes.
- Experience integrating SAP TM with EWM, SD, MM, FI/CO, GTS, and third-party transportation systems.
- Experience with end-to-end SAP TM implementations or rollouts.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, APIs, IDocs, EDI, and SAP CPI/PI is an advantage.
- Strong client-facing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

? Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Senior SAP TM Consultant / SAP TM Lead who can independently drive TM solution design and delivery, work closely with business stakeholders, and lead teams through implementation and go-live.

Experience with S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementations, RISE with SAP, transportation optimization, or large-scale supply chain transformation programs will be highly valued.
