Must-Have Skills

- 10–12 years of IT experience with 5+ years in SAP Project Management
- Experience managing SAP AMS, Implementation, Rollout, Upgrade, and Enhancement projects
- Robust Project & Program Management
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management
- Budgeting, Resource Planning, and Financial Management
- Risk, Issue, Change, and Service Delivery Management
- Experience in global delivery/multi-vendor environments
- Knowledge of SAP Activate/ASAP methodologies
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and core modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM/WM)
- Team leadership and customer-facing experience

Good-to-Have Skills
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAP certification
- Experience managing global rollouts
- Hands-on exposure to SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM
- Knowledge of Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps
- Experience in AMS service improvement initiatives and governance frameworks
- Exposure to transformation programs, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support activities.
