Role Summary The Senior Payroll Consultant will support enhancement requests, compliance requirements, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives for Peru Payroll. September - December

Location: Off-Shore

Key Responsibilities

· Support payroll enhancement and maintenance activities.

· Analyze and document business requirements.

· Configure and test payroll changes.

· Perform impact assessments for regulatory and business-driven changes.

· Review payroll calculations and validation results.

· Support payroll audits and compliance activities.

· Collaborate with integration, technical, and payroll operations teams.

· Assist with defect investigation and root cause analysis.

· Support end-to-end testing and deployment activities.

· Maintain solution documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills & Experience





· 8+ years of SAP Payroll experience.

· Solid experience supporting Peru Payroll.

· Expertise in:

o Payroll Schemas o PCRs o Wage Type Configuration o Payroll Posting o Retro Calculations o Absence and Leave Impacts on Payroll o Statutory and Regulatory Payroll Processes

· Experience troubleshooting payroll calculation issues.

· Strong payroll reconciliation knowledge.

· Experience supporting enhancement and support projects.

Preferred Experience

· Employee Central Payroll.

· SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

· SAP HCM Time Management.

· SAP S/4HANA Payroll environments.

· Global payroll support experience.

· Knowledge of payroll integrations and interfaces.
