? Hiring: SAP IBP Functional Lead ?

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Functional Lead to join our team and lead end-to-end SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) functional activities, solution design, implementation, integration, and business stakeholder engagement.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP IBP functional design and implementation across planning processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain planning requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide functional leadership across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Planning, and S&OP; / Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Configure and support SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, attributes, master data, planning levels, time profiles, versions, and planning operators.
- Design and manage planning models and business processes within SAP IBP.
- Lead integration of SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP APO, and other source/target systems as applicable.
- Work with integration teams on CPI-DS / SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and data interfaces.
- Analyze integration and data issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Lead functional testing, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Prepare functional specifications,



solution design documents, process flows, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Conduct workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions with business users and project teams.
- Support data migration, master-data validation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Identify gaps between standard SAP IBP functionality and business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Lead defect analysis and provide functional guidance during testing and production support.
- Mentor junior SAP IBP consultants and provide functional direction to the team.
- Act as the key functional point of contact between business stakeholders, SAP teams, integration teams, and technical teams.

? Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP).
- Strong functional knowledge of supply chain planning processes.
- Experience in one or more of:
- SAP IBP Demand
- SAP IBP Supply
- SAP IBP Response & Supply
- SAP IBP Inventory
- SAP IBP S&OP;
- Strong understanding of SAP IBP configuration and planning concepts.
- Experience with planning areas, key figures, planning levels, attributes, master data, time profiles, and planning operators.
- Strong understanding of SAP IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA/ECC.




- Experience working with CPI-DS / SAP Integration Suite or similar integration technologies.
- Good understanding of supply chain planning and business processes.
- Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong requirement-gathering, solution-design, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical teams.

? Preferred / Good to Have
- SAP IBP certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain.
- Experience in SAP APO, especially DP/SNP, is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and IBP dashboards.
- Experience with supply chain transformation or global SAP implementations.
- Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong experience in global template rollout and localization.
- Previous experience as an SAP IBP Lead / Solution Lead / Functional Architect is preferred.
