We are hiring an experienced SAP Group Reporting Consultant to support the design, implementation and delivery of enterprise financial consolidation solutions.

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Hybrid (Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Delhi)

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred

Shift Timings : Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation process design workshops with Finance and Controllership teams.

• Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions.

• Support consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation and group-close processes.

• Design ownership structures, consolidation of investments, minority interest and equity pickup processes.

• Configure Group Reporting Data Collection and related data-integration methods.

• Integrate Group Reporting with SAP S/4HANA Finance,



General Ledger or Central Finance.

• Develop financial statement structures and reporting hierarchies.

• Support statutory and management consolidation reporting.

• Manage testing, UAT, parallel runs, cutover and post-go-live activities.

• Perform data validation and reconciliation of consolidated financial results.

• Present solution designs and recommendations to senior finance and CFO-level stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Minimum 6 years of SAP consulting experience.

• At least two end-to-end SAP implementations.

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting configuration and rollout.

• Robust understanding of financial consolidation and accounting principles.

• Experience with intercompany eliminations, minority interest, currency translation and group reporting.

• Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.

Preferred

• Experience transitioning from legacy consolidation tools such as SAP BPC or Oracle HFM.

• Previous Big Four or consulting delivery experience.

• Relevant SAP Group Reporting certification.

• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for documentation and reconciliation support.
