Must-Have Skills

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in SAP Data Migration.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA on-premise data migration from SAP and/or Non-SAP legacy systems.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and SAP SYNITI ADMM.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BODS / SAP Data Services 4.2.
- Experience in at least 2 SAP data migration projects, preferably full lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of ETL design, data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Hands-on experience with BODS Designer components, including:

- Workflows
- Data Flows
- Scripts

- Formats

- Working knowledge of LTMC and LTMOM.
- SAP ABAP experience is essential.
- Experience in data mapping, transformation rules, migration specifications, and reconciliation.
- Understanding of Master Data and Transactional Data migration.
- Good understanding of SAP business process areas such as O2C, M2S, S2P, B2P, etc.
- Ability to work with functional/business teams for requirements gathering, data mapping, and migration solution design.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end data migration processes.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience in 2+ full-cycle S/4HANA data migration implementations.
- Experience in designing and building PoCs for S/4HANA migration scenarios.
- Experience in preparing/supporting cutover plans.
- Experience conducting business workshops and presenting migration solutions.
- Experience working with multiple legacy systems and heterogeneous data sources.
- Experience defining legacy-to-SAP source/target mappings and extraction rules.
- Experience in designing data reconciliation and validation reports.
- Experience developing migration strategies across multiple SAP modules/workstreams.
- Robust functional understanding of SAP data objects and their usage across end-to-end processes.
- Experience identifying data-quality issues and recommending data management strategies.
- Ability to analyze migration issues, provide recommendations, and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
