Role Description This internship Salesperson role is an on-site position based in Kankroli. Interns will greet customers, understand their needs, and present Ather electric scooters and related products in a clear, helpful manner. Day-to-day activities include explaining product features, conducting test ride coordination, answering inquiries, and supporting customers through the buying process.

The role also involves maintaining showroom presentation standards, updating basic sales records, and collaborating with the team on promotional activities. Interns will gain exposure to EV sales, customer interaction,



and showroom operations while learning professional sales techniques.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain technical information in simple terms.
- Customer service mindset, including active listening, problem-solving, and a positive, professional demeanor with visitors.
- Basic sales understanding or interest in learning sales processes, from lead handling to closing and follow-up.
- Enthusiasm for electric vehicles, sustainable mobility, and technology, with willingness to stay updated on product features.
- Ability to work on-site in Kankroli, including weekends or peak hours as required, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Comfort using smartphones or tablets for product demos, simple data entry, and communication.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational background at higher secondary level; pursuing a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
