Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Jaipur. The Salesperson will engage with walk-in and existing customers, understand their hardware and peripheral requirements, and recommend suitable computer products and configurations. Daily tasks include explaining product features and pricing, preparing quotations, processing orders and billing, and coordinating with the inventory team to ensure stock availability.

The role also involves maintaining product displays, following up on leads, handling basic customer queries and after-sales support,



and contributing to sales targets and store growth.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to understand customer needs, build rapport, and close sales effectively.
- Basic technical knowledge of computer components (CPU, HDD, motherboard, RAM, peripherals) and willingness to learn product specifications in detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages, with clear and professional presentation of product information.
- Attention to detail and basic numeracy skills for accurate billing, price calculation, and order processing.
- Ability to work on-site in a retail or shop setting, remain organized, and manage multiple customers during busy hours.
- Prior experience in computer hardware sales, electronics retail, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree in commerce, business, or IT-related disciplines is beneficial.
- Integrity, reliability, and a proactive approach to meeting individual and store-level sales targets.
