Salesforce QA / SFDC Tester

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA / SFDC Tester with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce testing and strong knowledge of API, database, and end-to-end application testing. The candidate should be hands-on with Postman, DBeaver, Salesforce, JIRA, AIO, Confluence, and Swagger.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute test cases for Salesforce/SFDC applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Salesforce workflows, business processes, data, configurations, and integrations.
- Perform API testing using Postman and Swagger.
- Validate backend/database data using DBeaver and SQL queries.
- Verify data flow between Salesforce and external applications.
- Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA/AIO.
- Perform defect retesting and regression testing.
- Collaborate with developers, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and other QA teams.
- Maintain test documentation and project knowledge in Confluence.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, execution,



and release validation.
- Identify gaps in requirements and provide inputs to improve product quality.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, with solid experience in Salesforce/SFDC Testing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
- Experience with Swagger for API validation/documentation.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Hands-on experience with DBeaver or similar database tools.
- Experience with JIRA and AIO (Agile/ALM) for test and defect management.
- Experience using Confluence for documentation.
- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, defect life cycle, and QA processes.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and data migration.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Salesforce certification is an advantage.
- Automation testing experience is a plus.
