Role Description The Salesforce Solution Architect Senior Manager will lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client business objectives. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and oversee configuration, customization, and integration activities across Salesforce clouds. The role includes guiding development teams, establishing best practices, conducting solution reviews, and ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards.

The Senior

Manager will also mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional groups,



and support pre-sales or solution workshops as needed to ensure successful delivery and adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

- Salesforce architecture and solution design skills, including experience with multiple Salesforce clouds and integration patterns.
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration and customization skills, including declarative tools, data modeling, and automation capabilities.
- Technical leadership skills, including guiding development teams, conducting code and design reviews, and enforcing best practices.
- Business analysis and stakeholder management skills, including requirement gathering, translating business needs into technical solutions, and clear communication.
- Experience in leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including planning, delivery, testing, and change management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect) are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused workplace.
- Prior experience in a senior architect or managerial role within consulting or technology services, preferably with exposure to large enterprise clients.
