Salesforce Senior QA Engineer – Service Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of critical client-to-agent platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, solid knowledge of Service Cloud functionalities, API testing, defect management, and test automation. You will collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, and Performance Testing.
- Test Service Cloud features including:
- Case Management
- Omnichannel
- Knowledge
- Live Agent
- CTI
- Communities
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and validate defect fixes.
- Contribute to test automation using Salesforce-specific tools such as Copado Robotic Testing.




- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Review technical designs and provide recommendations to improve testability and overall product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce application testing, with strong expertise in Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, configurations, and customizations.
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools, preferably Jira.
- Strong experience in API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level or higher
- Certification in Test Automation Tools
