Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, and Salesforce-Zuora integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions while ensuring seamless integration with Zuora for subscription billing, revenue management, and customer lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Zuora Billing.
- Configure and customize Zuora products including:
- Zuora Billing
- Zuora CPQ
- Zuora Revenue (preferred)
- Zuora Workflow
- Develop and support Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processes within Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Support release management and deployment activities using CI/CD tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Zuora Certified Billing Consultant or Zuora Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Subscription Lifecycle Management and SaaS business models.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Zuora Revenue.
- Knowledge of CPQ systems.
- Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
