Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer / Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Salesforce solutions that enable customer engagement, marketing automation, personalized communication, and CRM business processes.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Design, configure, customize, and develop solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Develop and maintain Marketing Cloud solutions using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Create personalized customer journeys, campaigns, segmentation, and marketing automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS for Marketing Cloud customizations.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and data integration/ETL tools.
- Manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder, subscriber data, and audience segmentation.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, security, and scalability across Salesforce platforms.
- Participate in solution design, development, unit testing, QA/UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, Marketing Cloud capabilities, CRM best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds and enterprise integrations will be an added advantage.

Must Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
- Valuable understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce/Marketing Cloud with external systems.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and data integration concepts.
- Experience with Data Extensions and Contact Builder.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and customer data management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Salesforce Data Cloud experience.




- Exposure to Einstein Analytics.
- Experience with Salesforce AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and digital marketing compliance requirements.
