Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and the ability to train, coach, and motivate sales professionals. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, improving sales performance, and ensuring adherence to sales processes and CRM best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct onboarding and refresher training programs for current and existing sales employees.
- Deliver training on sales techniques, objection handling, customer communication, and product knowledge.
- Coach sales teams to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
- Train employees on CRM usage, lead management, and sales workflow processes.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Assess training effectiveness through quizzes, role plays, observations, and performance metrics.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, SOPs, and learning resources.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations,



and Business teams to identify training needs.
- Track training completion, attendance, and performance reports.
- Support continuous learning initiatives and recommend process improvements

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Sales Training, Customer Success, Telecalling, or Business Development.
- Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring sales teams will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Real Estate, BFSI, EdTech, Retail, or similar sales-driven industries.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Certification in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Train-the-Trainer is a plus.
