Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Urbane Decor is a full-time, in office position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The person in this role will engage with customers in-store, understand their decor needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions that align with their style and budget. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales process from initial inquiry to purchase, maintaining product displays, updating inventory information, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation.

The Sales

Specialist will also handle customer follow-ups, support after-sales service,



and collaborate with the team to meet individual and store-level sales targets. Additionally, this role involves staying informed about new collections, participating in product training, and contributing ideas to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, understand requirements, and provide a positive in-store experience.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive conversions, meet targets, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Ability to deliver Training and share product knowledge with team members to ensure consistent and effective customer interactions.
- Experience in retail, interior decor, or home furnishings is preferred, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing role, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and common office software; fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
- Secondary school completion required; a diploma
