Role Description The Sales Specialist will work full time in office in Mumbai, focusing on selling mobile and crawler crane solutions to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities include identifying prospects, conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing quotations, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing and after-sales follow-up. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to technical and commercial queries, and coordinating with internal teams such as engineering, service, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.





The Sales

Specialist will track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategy and performance. The position also includes participating in trade shows, customer events, and providing product training or demonstrations when needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, negotiate contracts, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product demonstrations, explain technical features, and support customer onboarding.
- Relevant experience in industrial equipment, construction machinery, or heavy engineering sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools and standard office software.
- Willingness to travel within the region for customer visits, site meetings, and industry events.
