Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and qualify current business opportunities, present BBT’s digital marketing and e-commerce solutions to prospective clients, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and calls, preparing proposals, following up on leads, maintaining accurate sales records,



and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role also involves nurturing long-term client relationships, gathering feedback, and providing basic product and service training to help clients maximize results.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide clients on services, processes, and best practices.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management skills, such as pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Noon), and PPC or SEO concepts is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales or consulting, preferably in technology, marketing, or e-commerce services.
- Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam, manage multiple accounts, and meet performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
