Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Noida, working primarily on the night shift to support international clients and leads.

The Sales

Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to identify prospects, present UXDLAB’s software and digital solutions, and convert leads into qualified opportunities. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate CRM records,



and coordinating with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up. The role also involves meeting sales targets, providing regular performance reports, and contributing feedback on market trends and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closing.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and handle client objections professionally.
- Comfort with night-shift work and previous experience in international or IT/software sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, email platforms, and basic productivity software for tracking and reporting.
- Understanding of software development, digital products, or IT services to engage credibly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with a focus on meeting targets and managing multiple leads concurrently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
