Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for Sales & Service Engineers (2 positions) specializing in pharmaceutical instruments and production equipment. The role involves visiting customer sites to install, commission, and configure equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance and repair to ensure optimal performance. Sales & Service Engineers will diagnose technical issues, provide troubleshooting and technical support, and coordinate with internal teams and global partners to resolve complex problems.





Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, supporting sales activities, training customer personnel on proper use and care of equipment, and maintaining detailed service records and documentation. The role also requires proactive follow-up with clients to ensure high service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for pharmaceutical instruments and production equipment.
- Hands-on experience in field service, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer training.
- Proficiency in maintenance & repair of electro-mechanical or automation-based systems.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or related field).
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or industrial equipment service is highly desirable.
- Ability to read technical drawings, service manuals, and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Willingness to travel within the region and work at customer sites as required.
