Food Galery is looking for a motivated and energetic Restaurant Onboarding Executive to help expand our restaurant partner network. The candidate will connect with restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries, and other food businesses and assist them in joining the Food Galery platform.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential restaurant partners.
Contact restaurant owners and explain Food Galery's services and benefits.
Onboard current restaurants onto the Food Galery platform.
Collect restaurant details, menu information, pricing, and required documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to activate restaurant accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
Follow up with leads and convert them into active partners.
Assist restaurant partners with basic platform-related queries.
Achieve assigned onboarding and business development targets.
Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and onboarded restaurants.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; bachelor's degree preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, or a similar role is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with restaurant owners and business representatives.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Willingness to travel locally for restaurant visits.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Knowledge of the local food and restaurant market will be an advantage.
