Flavyo is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Officers to strengthen our distribution and retail presence in Punjab.

Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors
- Increase product availability and market coverage
- Achieve monthly sales
- Regularly visit the market and identify new sales opportunities
- Ensure proper execution of company schemes and promotions
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
- Coordinate with distributors for stock planning, secondary sales and collections
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in FMCG / Ice Cream / Dairy / Food & Beverage sales preferred
- Robust knowledge of the local market and retailer network
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with extensive field work
- Target-driven and disciplined in market follow-ups
Experience: 3–4 years preferred
Candidates with existing FMCG distributor and retailer connections in Amritsar or Ludhiana will be given preference.
