Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote pumping solutions and related products to industrial clients. Daily activities include identifying and approaching potential customers, managing existing client relationships, preparing proposals and quotations, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations.

The role also involves coordinating with the technical and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately addressed,



monitoring market trends and competitors, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.

The Sales Marketing

Manager will work to expand market presence in target industries and contribute to revenue growth and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in industrial sales and marketing, preferably in pumps, mechanical equipment, or capital goods.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, business development, and negotiation.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop effective sales and marketing plans.
- Comfort with on-site visits, fieldwork, and coordinating product demonstrations at customer locations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field; a technical background in mechanical or industrial engineering is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with robust organizational and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required and work closely with cross-functional teams.
