Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing role based in Noida focused on driving growth for BSTV News within the media industry. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and presenting advertising and partnership solutions across television and digital platforms. The individual will collaborate with editorial, marketing, and digital teams to develop and execute campaigns that align with brand positioning and audience targets.

Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, meeting revenue goals, conducting market research,



preparing proposals and presentations, and providing timely support to clients. The role also includes contributing to promotional strategies, representing the brand at industry events, and supporting training and knowledge-sharing within the sales team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage clients, present proposals clearly, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries, provide ongoing support, and ensure a positive partner experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to prospect, negotiate, close deals, and manage pipelines to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to guide team members, support performance improvement, and help implement sales processes.
- Relevant experience in media, broadcasting, or digital advertising is highly beneficial.
- Solid analytical and negotiation skills, with proficiency in basic office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving market and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field preferred.
