Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Khajuraho.

The Sales

Manager will oversee daily sales operations, including managing a sales team, assigning targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves engaging with walk-in and existing customers, understanding their requirements, presenting product options, and closing sales in line with company policies.

Manager will analyze sales reports, track key metrics, and implement local sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with service and inventory teams, ensuring accurate documentation,



and maintaining a professional store environment that supports repeat business.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales or field sales management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to support effective sales closure.
- Ability to analyze sales data, set targets, and develop local sales strategies based on market conditions.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and respectful approach to diverse customers.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems for billing, reporting, and documentation.
- Organizational skills to manage staffing schedules, stock coordination, and store presentation standards.
- Experience in retail, automotive, consumer goods, or similar sectors is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
