IRCAD India is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with strong experience in Healthcare/Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales to handle course enquiries, sales calls, follow-ups, conversions, participant communication and digital marketing activities.

Must Have :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare/Medical/Pharma Sales
- Healthcare industry experience is mandatory
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. (Science) or equivalent
- Technical knowledge of AI and digital tools, including ChatGPT, Canva, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, WhatsApp Business and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, counselling and sales skills
- Experience in dealing with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Comfortable with regular calling, follow-ups and converting enquiries into registrations
- Ability to understand customer requirements and effectively explain healthcare-related courses

Key Responsibilities :

- Make calls to course enquiries and registered/potential participants.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into course registrations.
- Handle participant queries and payment-related communication.




- Respond to WhatsApp messages and enquiries promptly.
- Manage WhatsApp groups and participant communication for upcoming courses.
- Manage social media platforms and course/event promotions.
- Plan and schedule posts, reels, stories and course updates.
- Coordinate website and Google Business Profile updates.
- Manage course registrations, payment status and sales reports.
- Coordinate with participants, faculty and internal teams for courses and events.
- Collect post-course feedback and support review activities.

The candidate should be a rapid learner, eager to learn and adopt new tools and processes, and most importantly, someone who can understand instructions quickly and execute tasks effectively without repeated follow-ups.
