Location: Bhubaneswar The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving project sales and revenue targets by leading the sales team, managing the sales funnel, driving customer conversions and developing channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Lead and manage the Sales/Relationship Manager team.
Manage leads, site visits, negotiations and closures through CRM.
Develop and manage channel partners and brokers.
Drive sales campaigns, events and customer engagement activities.
Monitor inventory, pricing and sales performance.
Track key sales KPIs and provide regular MIS to management.
Monitor competitor projects, pricing and market trends.
Ensure a skilled customer experience throughout the sales process.
Coach the sales team and improve conversion and productivity.

Units sold and revenue achieved
Lead-to-site-visit conversion
Site-visit-to-booking conversion
Average sales realization
Sales team productivity
Channel partner contribution
CRM and follow-up discipline
Cancellation and collection performance
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management or related field.
5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in residential real estate.
2–3 years of team management experience preferred.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of the Bhubaneswar real estate market preferred.
Experience in channel partner management and CRM-based sales management.
Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and closing skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
