Key Responsibilities:

? Drive sales and achieve monthly & annual targets

? Develop and implement effective sales strategies

? Generate leads and convert prospects into successful bookings

? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

? Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

? Lead, motivate and manage the sales team

? Monitor market trends and competitor activities

? Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 5–10 years of relevant experience in real estate sales





✔️ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

✔️ Solid communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

✔️ Excellent client relationship and business development abilities

✔️ Strong leadership and team-management skills

✔️ Knowledge of the Dehradun real estate market will be an added advantage
