We are looking for a sales-focused Relationship Manager who can build trust with customers, understand their requirements, and effectively convert interested leads into registrations.

Since Marzi primarily serves a 50+ audience, we are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and comfortable having detailed conversations while also being strongly driven by sales targets and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and drive conversions and event registrations.
- Manage customer conversations and sales enquiries received through WhatsApp and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements, address concerns, and recommend relevant Marzi events and offerings.
- Consistently follow up with interested customers and move leads through the sales funnel to closure.
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-ups, notes, and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales/conversion targets.




- Identify common customer objections and sales frictions and share relevant insights with the team.
- Take complete ownership of assigned leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

What We Are Looking For

- Sales-driven and target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.
- Patient and empathetic while interacting with a 50+ customer base.
- Excellent verbal communication with good voice modulation and the ability to speak slowly, clearly, and confidently.
- A positive listener who can understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Highly accountable, dedicated, and ownership-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools.
- Experience with telephony/calling platforms is an added advantage.
