Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in handling customer enquiries and leads.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
Support the team in generating and maintaining sales leads.
Understand Hyundai products, features, and available offers.
Assist customers during showroom visits and vehicle enquiries.
Maintain customer and lead data accurately.
Support the sales team during promotional activities and events.
Learn and follow the complete automobile sales process.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in automobiles and sales.
Confident and customer-oriented personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and digital communication tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
