Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District. The individual in this role will actively engage with Franchisee & walk-in customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure a positive buying experience. Daily responsibilities include managing store displays, promoting special offers, and meeting sales targets for assigned outlets.

The Sales

Executive will also support store operations by maintaining inventory records, coordinating with the kitchen and logistics teams, and following all company policies and hygiene standards.



This role requires a robust focus on customer satisfaction, relationship building, and consistent achievement of sales goals.

Qualifications

- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse customers.
- Sales and upselling skills, including basic knowledge of retail sales techniques and comfort with meeting daily and monthly targets.
- Basic numerical and record-keeping skills for handling billing, cash management, and inventory checks.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple customer orders, store tasks, and promotional activities efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune District and outstations as well with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or food and beverage sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or hospitality is an advantage.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools or point-of-sale systems for order entry and billing.
- Vehicle is must.
