Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales by identifying leads, pitching products, and closing deals with corporate clients.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase offerings and network effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage sales pipelines, and achieve quarterly targets.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports while coordinating with internal teams for seamless delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Mandatory Experience of minimum 2+ years in B2B sales,
preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Presentable appearance and confidence for client-facing roles, including exhibitions.
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking software.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, market trends, and customer needs analysis.
- Ability to travel for exhibitions and client meetings as required.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in Kwik flex products, fabrication, or industrial sales.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages a plus.
