Role Description The Sales Executive role at Health Insurance Care is a full time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Sales

Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their health insurance needs, explain Affordable Care Act-related plans, and recommend suitable coverage options. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting consultations via phone and in person, preparing quotations, and guiding customers through the enrollment process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, meeting sales targets,



collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, and staying updated on product offerings and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of health insurance products and willingness to learn Affordable Care Act guidelines.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and common office software for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and meet defined performance targets.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or direct sales is preferred but not mandatory.
