Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and support existing customers in the industrial fire detection and suppression domain.

Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and coordinating with internal engineering teams to develop suitable solutions.

The role involves providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, responding to customer inquiries,



and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to project execution. The Sales Engineer will maintain accurate sales documentation, contribute to forecasts, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the power, petroleum, metal, and oil & gas sectors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical skills to translate customer needs into appropriate industrial fire safety solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, deliver transparent presentations, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical, electronics, instrumentation, mechanical, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site at customer facilities, travel as required.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with documentation in terms of reading and understaing the documents.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and ethical business practices.
