At Ace Fluency, we’re looking for a Sales Counsellor (Remote) to connect with learners, understand their English-learning goals and challenges, and guide them towards the right learning solution.

What You’ll Do

- Speak with prospective learners over calls and understand their needs.
- Counsel prospects based on their goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Explain Ace Fluency’s learning plans and help prospects make informed decisions.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert genuine opportunities into enrolments.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through meaningful conversations.
- Maintain accurate follow-up and sales records.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people.
- Robust listening and problem-solving abilities.




- Empathy and the ability to understand a customer's perspective.
- Confidence in handling questions, concerns, and objections.
- A positive, target-oriented approach.
- Maintain regular and structured follow-ups with prospective students and enrolled students.
- Handle common sales objections related to pricing, course selection, timing and decision-making.
- Previous experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, inside sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude can also apply.

Working Structure

- 6 working days a week
- 1 weekday off
- Sunday is a working day
- Target-oriented role
