Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This position supports the sales team by managing daily sales operations, tracking leads and opportunities, maintaining accurate records in CRM and related systems, and preparing sales reports and dashboards. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners, scheduling meetings and demos,



handling order processing and documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and customers.

The Sales

Coordinator also assists with customer inquiries, supports account management activities, and contributes to continuous improvement of sales processes and performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Sales processes and practices.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven workplace and collaborating across teams.
- Prior experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or technology-driven sales environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
