We are looking for confident, target-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our in-house sales team.

### ? Position: Sales Associate

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month Fixed + Attractive Incentives

? Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

? Role: In-house Sales / Telecalling

### ? What We’re Looking For

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales / Business Development

✅ Candidates from the Banking, Finance, and BPO industries are preferred

✅ Excellent communication and convincing skills

✅ Robust follow-up and customer-handling abilities

✅ Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

✅ Self-motivated, energetic and result-oriented

✅ Training will be provided on our services and sales process





### ? Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound sales calls and connect with potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and explain our legal & compliance services
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain lead, call and follow-up records in CRM
- Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve individual and team targets
