Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Nagercoil.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their digital marketing and software development needs, present appropriate service offerings, and support the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing. Daily tasks include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and following up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions, gathering client feedback, and contributing to revenue growth and client retention.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and client relationship skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and negotiation.
- Ability to understand and communicate digital marketing concepts (such as SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns) to clients.
- Basic familiarity with software, web, or mobile application solutions, and interest in learning more about e-commerce and CRM integrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing multiple opportunities.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Nagercoil and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred, especially in digital or technology-driven industries.
