We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Associate to promote our training and internship programs and drive student enrollments.

Role Description This is a full-time Sales Associate role based in Pune City, structured as a on site position with primary work from office (6 days a week). As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving student enrollments, generating leads, building partnerships with colleges and institutes, promoting our AI training programs, and supporting our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, field visits, sales, and working in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities:

- Drive student enrollments for AI and technology training programs.
- Generate new leads through college visits, institutes, coaching centers, offices, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, institutes, and business organizations.
- Promote AI and technology programs through field visits and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct 15–20 cold calls daily to generate enquiries and follow up with prospective students.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.




- Understand student and client requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Execute sales and market expansion strategies to increase admissions.
- Handle social media activities, including reel shooting, content posting, and engagement across platforms.
- Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular sales updates.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skill.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of AI/technology is an added advantage.
- Flexible enough to switch between multiple tasks.

- Working Hours: 9 Hours/Day

- Compensation: ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month
