Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Associate / Sales Supervisor role is based at a PUMA store in Lucknow. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations that reflect PUMA’s performance and lifestyle offerings.

Responsibilities include assisting with sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, replenishing stock, and ensuring an organized, clean, and engaging store setting.

The Sales

Supervisor aspect of the role may include guiding team members, supporting daily store operations,



and helping achieve sales targets and key performance indicators. The role also requires staying up to date with product features, promotions, and brand initiatives to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide product guidance.
- Experience in store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic supervisory or team leadership experience, including supporting colleagues and contributing to sales goals.
- Interest in sports, lifestyle, and fashion, with a willingness to learn about PUMA products and brand heritage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in a retail environment.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in sportswear or fashion, is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
