Role Description The Sales Associate will work full time on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, engaging directly with customers in a retail environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable gemstones, spiritual jewelry, and related services. The role involves explaining product features and certifications, supporting astrological consultation offerings, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Sales





Associate will manage point-of-sale activities, including billing, inventory checks, and visual merchandising, while maintaining store cleanliness and product displays. This position also requires meeting sales targets, recording customer feedback, and collaborating with team members to support promotional campaigns and store events.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
