Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for promoting Cute Planet Studios’ sculpture and experiential art services to prospective and existing clients. This role involves identifying and nurturing leads, presenting studio capabilities, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. The specialist will develop and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate digital campaigns, support brand visibility, and contribute to content for presentations and proposals.





Day-to-day activities include engaging with clients and partners, responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, preparing sales reports, and collaborating closely with creative and operations teams to align sales and marketing efforts with studio goals.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and build lasting relationships.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to qualify leads, negotiate, and close opportunities.
- Background in Training or Sales Management to guide team members, optimize processes, and support growth initiatives.
- Experience in marketing or business development, ideally in design, art, architecture, or creative industries.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic digital marketing platforms, and data-driven reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US; strong presentation and proposal development abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
